The special Wintertrophy rules

Captains meeting
There will be no captains meeting. Instead we ask you to read the rules below, and if anything is unclear, please contact the information desk.

Callahan goal
A goal is scored when a player catches any legal pass in the end zone of attack.

Pulls
Pulls may be dropped. The disc is then played from the spot where the disc was dropped.
You are NOT allowed to walk up to the goal line if
1.the disc lands inside the end zone or
2.if the disc cuts the back of the end zone less than 2 meters up.
If the pull is above 2 meters when it cuts the back of the end zone or a sideline, the receiver can choose to play from the “brick point”, marked with an X.

Start of games
A loud signal will be heard when the games start.

Pagacap
If one team leads by three or more points when time is up, the game is over. If not, then one point is “added” to the highest score. The first team to reach that score will win.
When the time cap is reached during a point, the point is still played, and then the pagacap rules are used.
If time is up after a point has been scored, the next point is also played, and then the pagacap rules are used.

Same points after pool play
If several teams end up on equal point, we then consider
1.Results in prior games between the teams in question
2.Goal difference between the teams in question
3.Total goal difference in the pool
4.Goals scored
5.Coin flipping
